Stacked


Yesterday was National Pancake day.  Hope you enjoyed some.  If not, it's never too late.  This versatile food tastes great and costs little to make.  That's reason enough to celebrate in the current economy.   We frequently enjoy them as an evening meal.  My granddaughter calls it "breakfast for supper".  Give it a try.

    In india we have a similar dish called dosas (but they are not sweet like pancake) made of lentils and rice.

  6. actually, there seem to have been two celebrations of National Pancake Day. I celebrated it last Tuesday, on Shrove Tuesday ...as it should be..lol

    IHOP is not going to determine my holidays!

  8. Ohhh..Pancakes are my fav, but, sadly we don't have an IHOP anywhere near where we live, or we would have been there for sure!

  16. I did not know that nor did I get any pancakes :(
    We like aours made with a little quick oats mixed in the batter to give them substance and flavor...Yummy! OR Buckwheat is excellent too. AS a child IHOP was my favorite place to go. I've always beena pancake lover.
