She Loves Him Not

He had no idea that his ardent looks were futile . . . or that she’d seen him zooming around town in that blonde’s car.  

Thank goodness the theater was dark. Maybe no one would notice that her date had a red suit and hair dyed to match.  

She’d send him for popcorn. With any luck, there’d be a long line. Then she could focus on this romantic movie.

Yesterday was National Pancake day.  Hope you enjoyed some.  If not, it's never too late.  This versatile food tastes great and costs little to make.  That's reason enough to celebrate in the current economy.   We frequently enjoy them as an evening meal.  My granddaughter calls it "breakfast for supper".  Give it a try.
