Chain Of Events

I believe in baby steps. Have a project that's too big? Break it into baby steps. Don't know how to approach a problem? Try something. Try anything. A single step can trigger a chain of events that produce results exceeding your wildest hopes.

Check the link below to read the first part of Love In The Air, a short story about love and an unexpected chain of Valentine events.

Love In The Air

  1. Dang it... I hope I remember to come back friday... your story has me on the edge of my seat.

  2. I truly believe what you said here. The key is not to reach your goal right away, but just to take a first step.

The comment you left at my blog made me LOL.

  3. This is excellent advice. I'm a great procrastinator and what i do is tell myself - just 5 minutes, then you can go do something else. Usually that's enough to get me past the blockage.

  4. I agree with you on the 'chain of events'....yes, don't just sit there, start small and build on it.

Thanks so much for your visit today and your birthday wishes for me! Much, much appreciated.

    Have a super week ahead!!

  5. What a sweet story! I'm going to have to come back and read the end of it when it's posted. I hope she finds a wonderful Valentine! :o)

  6. Great story... will be back friday!

  7. It is better for my psyche to take things in small bits. Chain of event types of things work out good for me.
